An update of the IPF report 'The Size and Structure of the UK Property Market 2013: A Decade of Change', which should also be referred to for methodology and contextual information relating to the 2016 year-end update. The report examines the total UK commercial property stock by capital value, rental value, floorspace, reversionary yield, sector, IPD segment and investor type. The size and ownership of the residential stock is also examined.
