A two page 'At A Glance' document, summarising the key findings from the first quarterly survey of 2019, based on the forecasts of 27 independent property consultants, fund managers and Others. Rental and capital value growth and total return projections have been aggregated to produce annual averages for each year to 2023, as well as five-year averages for the period 2019-23. Forecasts cover IPD’s All Property, individual sectors and the two central London office sub-markets.
