IPF Research Programme 2023 Grant Awards

In 2023, the IPF Research Programme launched its second grants scheme to provide financial assistance to promote real estate investment research. There were no specific themes suggested and prospective applicants were encouraged to examine issues that would advance the real estate investment industry’s understanding of and implications for asset pricing, risk-adjusted performance and investment strategy.

The scheme was also open to individuals, working within institutional organisations, where the grant may be used to fund data acquisition.

The Grant scheme was first run in 2021, which led to three reports being published. This time, the IPF Research Programme is publishing seven reports, which will be added to the website as and when they are completed. We hope you find them a diverse and interesting read.

IPF members will also be able to access the three webinars in July, September and October 2024 when the authors of each report will present their findings.
