The IPF Research Programme, one of the biggest UK-based dedicated programmes of its kind, has a reputation for delivering high-quality, rigorous and independent research, concentrating on issues relevant to the real estate investment market.

The current programme, which started in May 2022, is sponsored by 11 leading organisations as well as the IPF. However, to afford other organisations the opportunity to engage in supporting IPF research, a rolling funding model has been adopted, which provides potential new sponsors the ability to commence their funding of the Programme starting in any year but with a three-year commitment.

ACCESSING OUR RESEARCH

All reports are held in the Resource Library. Members will need to log in to access full reports in the first three months following publication. Summary reports, Short Papers and At a Glance synopses can be downloaded by non-members. Following an initial three month exclusivity period, all full reports are available to download by non-members free of charge.
