Midlands Region: Paradise Circus: Investing in Birmingham

This seminar will offer the opportunity to learn more about Paradise, Birmingham, one of the largest development schemes that Birmingham has seen for a generation, combined with an opportunity to hear first-hand from one of the UK’s leading property funds their views on the question ”Why Invest in Birmingham?”.

Rob Groves of Argent will open the seminar with an overview of the Paradise Scheme and an update on its development so far.

Following this, Chris Darroch of Hermes Investment Management, who are funding the Paradise development will be on hand to give their reasons for investing in this scheme and the wider Birmingham market.
