The seminar will look to explore in detail a number of the key themes that are increasingly important from the perspective of Scottish and UK Commercial Property Finance. The latest CRE industry analysis and research will be presented again by the returning Dr Nicole Lux from the Bayes Business School/ City University of London. Nick Peet from the Santander Corporate Banking North Real Estate team will then outline the elements of Property Finance that require the greatest degree of focus and understanding in 2025. Finally, Craig Timney from Savills will articulate the latest features from the ever-evolving valuation landscape. It is anticipated the three presentations will run to an hour with 30 minutes set aside from questions and answers before we close.
