IPF Webinar : Size and Structure of the UK Property Market – an update

The IPF Research Programme published its first report on the size and structure of the UK property market in 2005, establishing a method of estimation and compiled data to provide breakdowns by property type, location and investor type, as well as comparing the investment market with the size of the overall UK stock of commercial property.

The new edition of the report is due for publication imminently and its author, Nick Mansley, will outline the key findings of the research, which this time takes a more in-depth look at the UK pensions market.
