One of Dorrington’s key holdings is the Walworth Estate, a Victorian village, south of Elephant and Castle, and covers an area of over 8 acres.

Originally built by housing reformer Octavia Hill, Dorrington, as long-term custodians, are continuously investing to provide rental properties fit for modern day occupation, whilst retaining the unique character and history of the area.
