IPF Site Visit: Hamilton House and Temple Chambers

Hamilton House and Temple Chambers provide flexible workspace, catering to small and medium sized companies. Located on the Embankment, overlooking the Thames, both buildings offer fully inclusive, plug and play offices, with additional amenity, including meeting rooms, collaborative spaces and landscaped courtyard gardens.

Hamilton House has been sympathetically restored, with Dorrington and dMFK celebrating the original architecture. The design team uncovered terrazzo flooring, the grand stairwell and balustrades and reinstated the windows to the central lightwell. The subsequent acquisition of Temple Chambers demonstrates Dorrington’s commitment to the flexible office space and provides additional contemporary office accommodation in a building full of character. Both buildings were fully refurbished whilst occupied, with design teams working strategically to minimise disruption to tenants in situ.
