IPF Site Visit: 8 Bishopsgate

Stanhope welcomes IPF members for a tour of 8 Bishopsgate – a landmark 50-storey tower developed on behalf of Mitsubishi Estate London Limited.

Located on the corner of Bishopsgate and Leadenhall Street, 8 Bishopsgate is the UK’s tallest building to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and EPC ‘A’ rating, and combines 560,000 sq ft of office space with an array of amenities, including a 200-seat auditorium, welcoming places to eat and drink, and terraces to take in the astounding views.

This represents a chance to see one of London’s most sustainable, connected and technologically advanced buildings.
