IPF Next Generation: Tour of Urbanest Westminster Bridge

The IPF Next Generation Committee would like to invite you on a tour of Urbanest Westminster Bridge. Urbanest launched in 2008, today it has five properties in London’s zone 1, comprising more than 2,500 purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) beds. Urbanest Westminster Bridge is the company’s newest property, which opened in September 2015. It is home to more than 1,100 students from all over the UK and overseas, in an iconic location opposite the Houses of Parliament. Urbanest built the PBSA student residence you see today on the site of former office building ‘York House’, and construction of the new building actually began two months before the six-month York House demolition program was complete. Building amenities include a range of common and study areas, a café, a games room, a gym, and a swimming pool / sauna complex, and the property also contains a 52,000 sq ft state-of-the-art six form college facility and incubator office space.
Urbanest looks forward to welcoming IPF Next Generation members to Urbanest Westminster Bridge, for morning networking over a light breakfast, followed by a tour of the property with the operational team.
