IPF Midlands Region Annual Lunch 2025

Booking is now open for the 2025 IPF Midlands Region Annual Lunch which we are holding at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel.
Ticket price: £115 + VAT (£138 inclusive of VAT @ 20% per person). A table to seat 10 people will be £1,150 + VAT (£1,380 inc. VAT). The ticket price includes welcome drinks reception and half a bottle of wine per person.
Tables to seat 10 and 12 people can be purchased. In addition to tables, there will also be a number of individual places for members or members with a smaller number of guests (subject to the terms and conditions on the booking form).
Pre-Lunch drinks, and a good opportunity to network, are from 12noon and Lunch will be called at 12.30pm. Formal proceedings are due to finish at around 3pm and there are after-lunch drinks planned at Primitivo.

IPF Midlands Lunch 2025 Booking Form
Once you have submitted your completed form, your booking is provisional until you have received a confirmation email which will include an invoice together with relevant information. Please do not start inviting guests until you have received this confirmation.
Please Note: Reminders to return your host/guest list for the List of Guests, wine list, menu, place cards etc., will be sent to you via post or email before the Lunch.
If you do not receive this information it means that we have not received your booking.
