Future Leaders Event: Private Equity Real Estate Series – Seminar 1 – Overview, Strategy and Sourcing Equity / Debt Capital

Join us for an overview of Private Equity Real Estate and how it differs from other sectors (e.g., listed, institutional, family office etc). Alex Hurst of Atlantic Pacific Capital will help us explore the journey from having an idea, choice of strategy, equity raising, key points of contention, selecting an operating partner, the investment lifecycle, and specific areas of the current market/environment. JLL’s James Davies will then explore the other piece of the financing puzzle for Private Equity Real Estate funds – debt – looking at the strategies, considerations, and requirements relevant for these funds. The seminar will conclude with a Q&A panel session chaired by Natalie Harrison, Managing Director, and Head of UK at Baumont Real Estate Capital.
