Europe's Role in the Global Real Estate Investment Market: A Joint SPR/IPF Seminar
15
Sep
2015
This year's European Outlook will look at the current state of the real estate investment market in Europe and consider Europe's position relative to other regions of the globe. Following presentations outlining the main economic stories effecting real estate investment and the trends in global capital flows, an experienced panel will discuss the outlook for the sector. Factors such as a resurgent US economy, future interest rate rises and the strength of the Euro Zone in light of the Greek debt crisis, can be debated with questions and comments welcomed from the audience. The big issues facing the European investment market will be distilled into relevant, actionable views on current and future real estate pricing. The seminar will be followed by refreshments and an opportunity to network and continue the debate.
Venue Instructions: Delegates please note that the entrance for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is on the corner of Bouverie Street and Tudor Street. A map will be provided to delegates nearer the date.
