The Investment Property Forum John Whalley Diploma Award is awarded annually to the student for the best performance overall among those who qualify for the Diploma. The Diploma Award was renamed the John Whalley Diploma Award, marking the contribution to the Forum and Educational Trust made by the late John Whalley over the years. The Investment Property Forum Module Award acknowledges the best performance in any one module from part II delivered during the year.
